3-in-1 feeder use precautions
1. Pressing arm part: When the material is placed on the rack, be sure to press the press arm and keep the press arm in the automatic state as much as possible, keep the automatic pressure maintaining function, and then remove the material packing strap. In addition, please control the arm.
2. Feeding feed arm press arm: The feed press arm has internal control of the touch screen. Controlling the feed press arm is the key to ensure smooth entry of the material into the machine head. Be sure to familiarize yourself with the operational procedures.
3. Leveling part: When the material is thicker and has a certain width, please increase the air pressure to make the leveling effect better.
4. Shelf part: When loading, please keep the material center line and the center of the rack, that is, the center line of the mold, so as to avoid the phenomenon of bias.
